Wall to Wall recently completed a large, combination open and screened-in deck for me and I couldn’t have asked for a better result. We presented Steve with an idea of what we wanted and he and his crew brought it to life. During the initial process of designing the project and developing a quote, Steve struck the perfect balance of designing the deck we wanted, while also imparting his extensive experience to make sure it would be a structure we would love for years to come.
The estimated timeline for permit approvals, construction and inspection approvals were exactly what Steve told us - in fact, the completion of the project was on the lower end of the range he initially provided.
During construction, the crew worked incredibly hard and Steve was always available to discuss and/or meet to address any concerns or questions I had. They even made a major change to the deck color while construction was on-going without any hesitation or additional cost. At times throughout construction, it felt as though Steve and his crew cared more than I did about building the best possible deck and I cannot stress enough how great of a feeling it was that a contractor actually backed the lip service up to build something of quality that both they and I are proud of.
I would absolutely work with Wall to Wall again in the future, and would recommend them to anyone considering renovations, big or small.
